Arbor Trace Subdivision is a gated community of 147 homes on 73 acres located on 43rd Ave.  SW just north of Oslo Road (SW 9th Street) Vero Beach, Florida. The community was created by On-Site Management, with homes built by Ameritrend Homes and Southern Classic Homes, both of Vero Beach from 2000 to 2005.  The community is centered around two fresh water lakes, with many of the homes lake front.  As you enter the gated subdivision, you will immediately notice the mature oak trees providing a canopy over the winding streets. This community is unique because of it's trees. The home sites are One Quarter to Half Acre lots, with homes ranging from 1,900 to 4,500 sq ft of living area. The homes were built of concrete block, most to the newest hurricane building standard.

 

The building code changed for all building permits issued after March 1, 2002 requiring hurricane protection for windows and doors, roofs  and windows strapped to withstand hurricane force winds.

Arbor Trace is located about 20 minutes to the pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, and about 10 minutes from the Indian River Mall, WalMart, Home Depot, AMC 24 Plex Movie Theater, and many restaurants. 

 

Vero Beach is a well maintained ocean front community with cultural and recreational services to meet your needs and interests. Riverside Park on the Indian River hosts the Vero Beach Art Museum, Riverside Theater and Children's Theater, Under-The-Oaks Art Festival, cardio jogging path, boat launch, picnic areas, tennis courts and lush tropical landscaping.  Ocean Drive has a variety of fine restaurants, boutique shops, stock brokerage offices, casual dining and ocean front parks with public swimming areas.   Jaycee Park is located north of the central beach area, with a boardwalk for casual beach strolling and enjoy lunch at the Sea Side Cafe overlooking the ocean.  Vero Beach offers safe dockage for boating enthusiasts, with ocean access at either the Fort Pierce Inlet or Sebastian Inlet. 

 

Arbor Trace is a very popular community where you typically see people walking in the evening and greeting their neighbors as they stroll under the oak hammock.
